By using Invoice2Tally, you agree to these terms.

Invoice2Tally converts purchase invoices into Tally Prime compatible XML files using AI-powered extraction.

You may use this service to process your own business invoices or on behalf of your clients for legitimate accounting purposes.

You may not use the service for fraudulent purposes, upload fake/manipulated invoices, attempt to hack or disrupt the service, or share your account credentials.

Invoice2Tally uses AI for data extraction. While we strive for high accuracy, AI extraction may occasionally contain errors. We strongly recommend reviewing all extracted data in the "Review Before Export" screen before importing into Tally.

Invoice2Tally is not liable for any accounting errors, financial losses, or compliance issues arising from incorrect data in uploaded invoices or extraction inaccuracies. Verification of extracted data before Tally import is the sole responsibility of the user.

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
