- Name (if provided via Google Sign-In)
Company Information:
- Company name, GSTIN, state, registration type
Invoice Data:
- Uploaded invoice files (PDF, images)
- Extracted invoice details
- Generated Tally XML files
Tally Masters:
- Ledger names, stock items, units, voucher types
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data exclusively to:
- Generate Tally Prime compatible XML files
- Remember your ledger and item mappings
- Improve accuracy of invoice processing
We do not use your data for advertising, selling to third parties, or any other purpose.
3. Data Storage & Security
- All data stored on encrypted servers
- All connections encrypted via HTTPS
- Passwords never stored in plain text
- Only you can access your data
4. Data Sharing
We do not share, sell, or transfer your personal or financial data to any third party.
5. Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently deleted.
6. Your Rights (DPDP Act 2023)
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to access, correct, delete your data, and withdraw consent.
